BLPA-The hallways in the Prep Academy can be quite dangerous during passing period. All the students trying to get to their classes is causing shoving and bumping into each other. It’s especially scary for our smaller peers.

Even for ninth graders, it's hard. Palmer, a ninth grader, mentioned, “It is very hard for me to get around, especially with the taller peers running into me.” Nothing serious has happened, but if the situation gets worse, students may start showing up in the nurse's office.

I talked to Mr. Monson our principal about the situation. Mr. Monson recommended that teachers start monitoring the hallways and student activities to prevent chaos. He said, “Live by the phrase, “Be polite and walk on the right.””
