BLPA Spirit Week

BLPA- School spirit week creates good attitudes toward school and school pride in students and teachers but, sadly, it is only for the Freshman. School spirit week unites students as many will dress up in similar clothing/costumes. It gives students an opportunity to take initiative in activities, gives a sense of accomplishment, and promotes self confidence. Starting Monday, October 9th, the week will lead up to the Freshman Fall Festival. Monday was Pajama Day. Tuesday was Superhero Day where students dressed up as their favorite superhero, real or fake . Wednesday was Beach/Hawaiian Day, so you could have dressed up as a school-appropriate beach person. Thursday was Decade Day. This is unspecified, so you could be someone from the future or the past. Friday was Spirit Wear Day and the festival was that night in celebration of fall. School activities allow everybody to feel and stay connected to our school community. With this upcoming spirit week, the students will have newfound respect for the teachers, staff, and their fellow classmates.
