Today in foods from around the world we are heading to the western part of France to find a very easy and fun recipe. Crepes are the easiest thing to make for breakfast. Here’s something you and your family will love.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Flour
2 eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup water
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions:
1. Mix the eggs, water, and flour with a mixer then slowly add the milk into the same bowl.
2. Combine the salt and butter in the bowl.
3. Cook the crepes on both sides for a total of two minutes.
4. Fold the crepes into fourths and top with toppings of your liking. Many times it is topped with whipped cream and strawberry jam or simpler ones with powdered sugar. If you are going for a more umami flavor then stuff it with ground cooked meat like turkey or pork.
