The Small Banning Lewis Neighborhood Grows to a Large Community

Over the years the small Banning Lewis neighborhood has grown into the large community it is today. There have been many new buildings and parks created including a dog park, school, and a waterpark. According to a resident in the neighborhood, “Village One was the first phase of the neighborhood and once the builders finished it, they moved on to Village Two.” The prices of the houses in the area range from $238,000 to $501,000. There are 25 different floor plans that are built by Oakwood Homes and 24 floor plans by Classic Homes that are in the $300s. Oakwood Homes and Classic Homes are not the only builders in the Banning Lewis neighborhood. Other builders include Covington Homes. Because of the increase of houses, the community has grown and the population of the area has increased significantly. Eventually the neighborhood will become a well-known community that will impact everyone around.
