COULD IT BE? The Best Mexican Restaurant in Colorado?

Colorado Springs- We have all been there, driving around at night, looking for a good restaurant, and then BOOM! All of a sudden, you see a restaurant that appears to be glowing. Costa Vida is probably one of those restaurants. Costa Vida, by a long shot, has one of the best burrito bars in Colorado. A lot of people enjoy Chipotle, and I do too, but for double the food, better-quality food, gluten-free food, and the same price for everything, Costa Vida is far superior.
Although the restaurant is located in Monument, 122 Tracker Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80921, the drive is worth every bit. Personally, when I go, I get a giant burrito, filled with refried beans, cheese, tortilla strips, sweet pork, queso, cilantro lime rice, and smother it in queso. All of the meat options: sweet pork, shredded beef, grilled chicken, raspberry chicken, mango chicken, and grilled steak are all incredible, especially when put in a rice bowl, enchilada, burrito, or salad. This compares to Chipotle’s options of five meats and five ways to get food. Also, there is the fact that the gluten-free food tastes almost as good as the regular food, so don’t be afraid to come here if you are trying to go on a diet.
The last thing that is definitely worth mentioning is the drinks and desserts. They have a huge selection of drinks from Cherry Coke to Sprite, and desserts: flan, tres leches, key lime pie, sweet cinnamon tortilla, and a classic chocolate chip cookie. My personal favorite is the sweet cinnamon tortilla because it has just the right amount of cinnamon and sugar. It honestly tastes just like a cinnamon roll in a tortilla, which is fantastic by the way. The drinks are really good too, considering a 32 ounce drink is only $2.
