The first update! Is it the best?

With at least a 97% rating on almost every website, Super Mario Odyssey has easily been one of the best Mario games ever created. Aside from that, all the game has now is just the game itself, and nothing else to do after you beat it. So, a free update is coming to add a new kind of gameplay called Luigi’s Balloon World. I like the idea of this because after I beat the game, I had nothing to do but go back and speed run. This update also comes with three new costumes and four more filters.

The whole basis of Balloon World is that you can choose to hide it or find it. You have 30 seconds in hide it mode to hide a balloon somewhere in the map. In find it mode, you have 30 seconds to go find someone else's balloon that they have hidden. It can get tricky, so you really have to know the kingdom’s terrain to do well. It is almost like objective-based speedrunning. This hasn’t been released yet, so all of my opinions are impressions from what I have seen about it on Direct Mini. I really do like the idea of the game mode being added. It's great because after everyone beats the game, there is something fun to do besides just speedrunning, glitches, and trick shots. Don't get me wrong, those are all fun, but after a while, it gets a little old. I feel like this is going to be one of the best updates to this game because new game modes are always a highlight of new games.
