World of Shadow and Magic

She is a Sun-Summoner, which means she can summon light and is the only one capable of destroying the Shadow Fold. Alina is whisked away by The Darkling, a mysterious man with a magical power, to be trained in summoning light.

Shadow and Bone is a great book for anyone who enjoys reading fantasy tales. It is the first book of the Grisha Trilogy. The story is well-written and alluring, with gripping plot twists that make readers want to keep reading.
