DC Comics is a company that creates comic book superheroes just like Marvel. We think DC is a better hero company. We went around and asked some people if they liked Marvel or if they liked DC better. Around 30 out of 43 people said they think DC is better, and the others said they like Marvel more.

DC heroes are more cooperative than Marvel heroes. This is because in the Justice League all of the heroes were helping each other, but in Captain America: Civil War everyone turned on each other which made the heroes look childish. DC heroes are a lot nicer to one another and learn from their mistakes, unlike Marvel heroes. In the movie Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice, the two main heroes both had a fight with each other, then realized that they shouldn't be angry at each other. In the Marvel movies, the heroes get in more fights with each other than with the villains.
Marvel can be suspenseful but then usually the movie can get sad or depressing. For example, in one of the Spider-Man movies, Spider-Man is fighting Venom's Demise, the movie gets suspenseful and then Spider-Man's girlfriend dies and the movie gets depressing at that point.
Some people say, “Marvel is better because DC can never actually imprison the bad guy,” but the DC heroes DO catch the villains, and when the villains either get out of prison or escape it is to keep the suspense or to help the movie or book to get more high-rated reviews so they can keep making them. DC may have lots of villains, but they end up being a big part of the movies or shows… and sometimes the villains are more of the main character(s) than the heroes.
