Just For Kicks: Match of the Meals

BLPA-When asked which meal is the best, you could get a skew of answers: “Breakfast, no wait, dinner. I mean, lunch is the best.” How do we decide? When asking some BLPA staff members, they made deciding seem practically effortless.

Mrs. Rivera concluded that the best meal is “breakfast because breakfast food just tastes the best. Bacon, eggs, pancakes, biscuits with gravy are some of my favorite foods. It’s also a great way to start the day and get the energy you need to get started with the day.”

Mr. Gordon declared, “[He] would say the best meal of the day is the one after exercise. After exercise, your body is the most ready to absorb & use the nutrients from food. [He] always make[s] sure [his] meals have some sort of veggies and healthy fats.”

Last, but not least, Mrs. Clark tells us, “The best meal of the day for [her] is breakfast, and here is why: [she] love[s] to eat breakfast every morning, but also breakfast food is great for dinner and even in the middle of the day for brunch! So, the best meal is breakfast any time of day!”

What was the overall consensus? Breakfast is the best.
